Shipping Information
When you place an order with Trade Tool Sales, you know you are in safe hands.
All our orders are shipped direct in the UK from our Head Office Depot in Husbands Bosworth direct to your door using one of the UK's leading couriers. All orders shipped using our courier will require a signature upon delivery.
For your security, it is Company policy that we will only deliver to the BILLING ADDRESS for your first 3 orders. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Delivery Charges
We make a standard charge based on a minimum order value as set out below.
Order Value £0.00 to £99.99 - P&P is £4.95 (ex vat)
Orders over £100.00 (ex vat) - P&P is FREE.
For off-shore deliveries (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man) there is a standard surcharge of £26.00 (ex vat.). This is a fixed charge for all orders in these areas.
Please note that if you select the wrong zone you will be contacted within 24 hours and if a surcharge applies, you will be requested to submit this payment before your order is processed. |
